Our tyre changers are now available with a 24-liter tyre inflator, making everyday tyre service easier and faster.

How does it work and why is it useful?

High-pressure air flows from openings in the turntable directly between the tyre bead and the rim. This helps the tyre seat quickly and securely - no guesswork, no wasted time.

A fully automatic tyre changer
The word "automatic" is there for a reason. There is a number of pneumatic actuators that allow for easy setting of the tyre changer’s column. The user does not have to take any effort - all it takes is just pressing a pedal. Also, one can set the duckhead in a fixed position against the rim’s edge. There’s no need to change it, while working with a tyre set.

More options
The turntable is really large. This means, you can easily work with larger wheels - up to 26" (diameter) and 16" (width). This tyre changer also boasts:

two-gear engine (with a pedal switch),

stronger arm - with bigger working range,

bigger piston - 200 mm of diameter.

Hassle-free operation
Both the turntable and jaws are made of top-notch materials. They are going to last for long, provided that the basic maintenance jobs are done. Tight pneumatic system is equipped with air separators and quick couplings designed by renowned brands.

Better working precision - there is an inverter in the machine!

What does it give?

Thanks to the use of an inverter, the motor accelerates smoothly, giving you much greater control over the initial positioning of the tire under the rim edge during installation.

This solution increases control during tire mounting.

A smooth start and a gentle transition between the first and second gear give you even greater control over the machine.

This will increase assembly precision and reduce working time.
