This means an increased use safety and improves blades’ reliability, so they are capable of making some sharp, zigzag-shaped cuts, similar to those in the initial structure of the tread.

Caution!

If you set the heating temperature too high or if you do not cut it with constant movement, the blades may get heated too much, which may cause the rubber to melt. Heating temperature is indicated on the case of every blade. The heads and clamps of the blades should be kept clean, as any disturbances in current flow lead to drops in heating, which increases the resistance while cutting tread.
