A single-post lift is a practical option when working on the lower sections of a vehicle, such as bodywork or paint repairs.

Single-post lift - compact solution for the car service

At REDATS, you'll find a mobile single-post lift. It operates on a pallet truck mechanism, helping you save space. The lift can be stationary, but does not require anchoring to the floor.

Need to move the single-post hydraulic lift around the service area? No problem. Here's how simple it is - just like using a pallet truck:

  • Pump the handle up/down
  • The column lifts off the ground
  • Now you can push or pull the lift
  • Move it to the desired location
  • Press the release lever - the column sets back on the ground
  • DONE! The lift is ready to use

Now you can lift cars and work on them. This hydraulic single-post lift is ideal for underbody repairs - joints, brakes, or rocker panels.

These are just a few examples of how a single-post car lift can support your work.

Simple and stable design that saves space

This type of single-post lift for body or paint jobs takes up minimal space. On the product page, you’ll find precise space requirements. One of the models - REDATS L-121F - has the following dimensions:

  • 2690 x 2470 x 3080 mm

No anchoring required. For extra stability during lifting, we recommend an additional support, e.g., a screw jack stand.

Power supply: single-phase (230V)

Lifting capacity: 2800 kg - suitable for most passenger cars, and some light vans or SUVs.

Lifting height: 1900 mm - comfortable operation even for taller technicians.

Why add a single-post lift to your car service

To be direct - a single-post car lift isn’t for every service. Despite its advantages, it's a device suitable for very specific tasks.

According to feedback from our customers, it's a good choice for working on lower parts of a vehicle - and that’s what we recommend it for. It's not ideal as a main lifting station.

It’s also not the best option for tyre service - unless you provide extra stabilisation for the vehicle.

However, it’s a great addition as a backup station. As mentioned, the single-post lift doesn’t require anchoring or any permanent fixing. So when your main stations are occupied, it allows you to carry out smaller jobs without turning the customer away.
