REDATS Tyre Mounting Paste
Original REDATS tyre mounting paste - renowned for its high-quality vulcanization equipment. Produced in Germany, adhering to the highest European standards and tyre manufacturers' recommendations. A lubricant designed for mounting and demounting all types of tyres.
In the production of REDATS mounting paste, harmful petroleum-based materials have been replaced with biodegradable compounds. Every tyre manufacturer warns against using pastes enriched with petroleum-based substances due to, for example, accelerated rubber ageing and wheel corrosion.
Advocates of these types of pastes appreciate them for their ease of application, efficiency, and resistance to low temperatures, while often overlooking their negative impact on tyres. Modern chemical industry technology has made it possible to obtain a completely safe and environmentally friendly paste that effectively competes with petroleum-based pastes, but without their side effects.
REDATS mounting paste stands out from other "white" pastes:
- material density, preventing excessive brush uptake, increasing the product's efficiency.
- Excellent absorption into the rubber surface without the effect of secondary slippage during sudden vehicle acceleration.
- Tyre protecting properties, keeping the rubber flexible for more time.
- Sealing properties for microcracks at the tyre-wheel interface.
- Creates a delicate protective layer on the wheel surface, blocking metal oxidation processes.
Key features for safety and environmental friendliness:
- Solvent-free
- Non-toxic and biodegradable
- Does not require special disposal
- Does not irritate the skin
Tyre brush The tyre service brush was designed for applying mounting paste to the tyre and wheel during tyre mounting. The longer handle facilitates the application of paste to car and van tyres. Facilitates work as there is no need to bend significantly towards the bucket with the mounting paste. The specially profiled brush head facilitates the lubrication of the tyre bead around the entire rim without bending the hand. Dense bristles do not deform and can serve for a long time. The comb can be unscrewed and washed without soaking the wooden handle, extending its life.
How to use: Evenly distribute the paste with a brush or sponge over the entire circumference of the tyre bead and on the rim edge. The paste has the best application properties at temperatures of 0-20 degrees Celsius.
