REDATS Sp. z o.o. - General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General provisions
- The General Terms and Conditions of Cooperation indicate the principles of cooperation between REDATS Sp. z o.o. company and foreign partners.
- Every foreign business partner, by placing an order or cooperating with REDATS Sp. z o.o., declares that he accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
- All foreign business partners are subject to the GTC.
- REDATS Sp. z. o.o. reserves the right to change the price lists during the course of cooperation without the need to inform the business partner.

Purchase orders
- Orders are processed by sending an e-mail or at shop.redats.com available to B2B partners.
- Orders sent by e-mail must be legible and contain index nomenclature consistent with the indexes of the REDATS Sp.z o.o. company.
- In the case of ordering a larger quantity of products not in the permanent offer or in large stock, a prepayment of 30% of the value of the products will be required.

Payment terms
- A possible form of payment is prepayment or delayed payment after prior agreement of the payment date and the granting of a credit line by an insurance company to the contracting partner.
- The possibility of cooperation on a delayed payment is possible only for partners permanently cooperating with REDATS Sp. z o.o. who are foreign distributors.
- The agreed payment term is treated as a final term. In the case of a delay in payment, REDATS Sp. z o.o. will not carry out further orders and enquiries until the payment is overdue.
- In the event that the agreed payment deadline is systematically breached, REDATS Sp. z o.o. may refuse further cooperation on the previously agreed delayed payment deadline.

Shipping and receipt of goods

The partner has three options for shipping goods, in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
- Personal collection (EXW conditions)
- Shipping goods by REDATS after prior agreement of the transport cost. (DAP terms)
- The partner himself organises transport together with the transport company (EXW conditions)

Warranty and complaints
- REDATS Sp. z o.o. guarantees its products for one year from the date of delivery of the goods to the foreign partner.
- In the case of defective products, REDATS Sp. z o.o. undertakes to provide assistance with parts and technical knowledge.
- Upon approval of a specific complaint, the parts should be sent by REDATS Sp. z o.o. free of charge or added to the partner's next order.

If the partner has a defective product, he is obliged to send:
- a photo of the nameplate of the faulty product together with the serial number
- a written description of the product problem
- a video showing the problem with the defective product

All complaints to be considered by REDATS Sp. z o.o. should be sent to the following e-mail address:

Once the partner has provided the information and files referred to above, REDATS Sp. z o.o. undertakes to supply the partner with parts or, if repair of the faulty product is not possible, to replace the faulty product in the shortest possible time, but no longer than 30 working days. - The partner shall check the quality (e.g. scratches, oil leaks, transport damage) of the delivered products within no longer than 3 days from the date of delivery of the products to the partner's warehouse. After this date, any complaints submitted later will not be recognised by Redats Sp. z o.o., except for complaints regarding hidden defects.

Final provisions
- The General Terms and Conditions of Cooperation (GTC) enter into force on 01.12.2023.
- REDATS Sp. z o.o. has the right to make changes to the GTC, these changes coming into force at the time of publication.
- In the case of disputes, they will be resolved through negotiations with the partner or in the court of competent jurisdiction for the registered office of REDATS Sp. z o.o..
