I want to make a complaint about the product
If you want to put a complaint regarding a product, please follow the below instruction:
All complaints to be considered by REDATS Sp. z o.o. should be sent to the following e-mail address:
complaint@redats.com
If you have a defective product, please send:
- a photo of the nameplate of the faulty product together with the serial number
- a written description of the product problem
- a photo or, if needed, video showing the problem with the defective product
- invoice number on which you have bought the product
After receiving the complaint e-mail with all parts mentioned above, your complaint department will start solving your complaint in no time. If we would need additional information, complaint department will contact you.
