REDATS L-460 is a new and improved version of the L-420 model.What has changed, among other things?

Larger lifting capacity

Now as much as 5.5 tons instead of 4T, which allows you to handle larger and heavier vehicles.

Ramp length (without runways)

5190 mm (that’s 940 mm more!), so you can work safely even with long vans.

Greater range of ramp setting

From 800 to 1025 mm (that’s 75 mm more), allowing you to adjust the lift to fit different vehicles.

More powerful axle lift

Now 3T (instead of 2T), making suspension work even easier.

Even more convenient control – remote and control panel

Your client can operate the REDATS L-460 lift using either the wired remote or the control panel.

• Red button – turns off the remote.
• "Up" button – raises the entire lift or the axle lift.
• "Down" button – allows smooth lowering.

With the remote, your client doesn’t have to walk to the control panel all the time.

Runways prepared for wheel alignment

This REDATS L-460 lift can be used for wheel alignment. It has turntables, as well as central jacks for axles. Special covers allow for changing the position of the turntable or even hiding the hollow for turntables.

Fast and smooth lifting

The REDATS L-460 lifts a vehicle in about 55 seconds, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively without unnecessary downtime.

Setting the runways

Runways might be adjusted between 800 and 1025 mm. The operator can easily set them for both cars with the narrow and wide wheel base. Plus to that, there are special chocks that prevent the car from rolling down the lift.

Designed for longevity

The lift structure is very reliable and stable. Runways are made of top-notch steel. There is no risk of bending or damages, even after years of use. Also, it is made of anti-slippery material, which increases safety.

Safe operations

There are special ratchet devices that get activated if the lift ever goes too high. This means, there is no risk it goes down out of a sudden lowering of the lift, when the pressure goes down. Also, there is a special safety valve that gets activated whenever the pressure gets too high.

Structure you can trust

The power is transferred from the actuator to the run-ways, through the steel ropes. This means less moving parts and longer trouble-free use.

Heavy-duty ropes

By default, the lift is fitted with heavy duty ropes – additional protection against breaking.

Important: The user should provide and connect the power supply cable with inlet.
