Red Pneumatic air jack - REDATS 4,5T + Overlay 3 cm

An improved model of the REDATS pneumatic car lift manufactured in Poland. We decided to change some of the elements of the structure that facilitate the operation of the snowman and its strength. The most important changes include:

• The use of thicker rubber bellows, which increase the lift capacity.
• The metal structure has been protected against corrosion in the galvanizing process, the obtained coating perfectly protects the metal surface.
• Changed lifer base, which now rests more steadily on cross bars flat, giving a larger support surface.
• The thicker handle, positioned above the main arm, makes it easier to reach for a lifter from a lying position, without forcing such a deep bending down.
• Higher capacity inlet and outlet valves were used, which shortens the time of inflating and lowering the cushion.
• Drain valve now has a long, metal lever that we can grab by the whole hand.
• The safety valve is placed vertically and on the main arm, not at the handle, which makes it harder to hook the handle on other objects when maneuvering.
• Larger wheels make it easier to move on an uneven, unpaved surface.

Specification:

• Three-level cushion made of reinforced caoutchouc.
• The resting height allows you to maneuver the lifter under the chassis of the car.
• The lift height provides sufficient access to the car when carrying out suspension repairs or replacing tires.
• The built-in metal internal telescope improves the stability of the lifter and prevents the vehicle from swaying.
• A rubber disc at the top of the lift protects the lifted item and prevents it from sliding during work.
• Two valves, inlet and outlet, ensure tightness of the system, even when the compressed air hose is disconnected.
• The safety valve protects against exceeding the safe pressure in the cushion and cuts off the air supply above 8.3 bar.
• Our pneumatic air jack has a European declaration of compliance with safety standards.
• The overlay extends the possibilities of raising the car, allowing it to be raised for another 3 cm.
