REDATS HSS milling cutter

The cutter is made of reinforced and sharp HSS steel. Used to clean the hole resulting from a puncture. It removes rubber and belt ropes from the damage channel in the tyre, making it easier to insert repair material into the pin or rope repair. Works without any problem with any type of grinder or drill with a quick-release handle.
The extremely durable material has a long service life and does not become dull even under heavy use.

Characteristics

    Quickly and efficiently removes rubber and steel cord residues from damaged areas in all steel tyres and steel belt.
    Only a hole prepared in this way guarantees a permanent repair with a pin (mushroom) corresponding to the size of the cutter diameter.
    The cutter is mounted on a mandrel for various types of grinders and drills with quick clamping chuck.

Recommended rotation speed: 2 500 rpm.
