This unit lets the operator balance wheels in 5.5 seconds (average balancer needs 8 seconds for that) - it means time saving for your customers, especially during the high season!

Laser/LED light - balancing precision

This balancer comes with a laser that shows the spot for adhering weights at. Additionally, the LED pointer illuminates the internal part of the rim.

Why is that important for your clients?

They can be sure that they put the weight at the right spot. This means huge time savings and no more claims from their clients!

The imbalance threshold is 1 gram only.

The balancer comes with a weight material switch:

Is that last option really useful?

Keep in mind that steel/zinc weights are a bit lighter than lead ones. That’s why they are larger in size. The unit takes this difference into consideration.

Choosing the right weight material, the operator can rest assured that all rims are perfectly balanced.

Perfect unit for premium cars

As mentioned above, this balancer is able to work with wheels up to 1120 mm. It has the SUV mode, so your clients can work with wheels of cars, all-terrain vehicles or large pickups.

Sonar for automatic rim width measurement

No need to use a caliper to measure rim width. The sonar will automatically read out rim width - all it takes is closing the wheel cover it is mounted at. It means much quicker wheel balancing and reduces the number of unnecessary moves.

Automatic wheel spin to the imbalance position

No need to spin the wheel manually. The balancer will automatically spin the wheel to the weight adherence spot - after putting the first weight, the operator has to push the button and the wheel goes back.

SPLIT option - easy to hide weights behind wheel spokes

The SPLIT option means much easier dividing of the weight into 2 parts - it is easier to hide behind spokes.

Practical shelves

There are several spacious shelves at hand. They will perfectly ccommodate all the accessories your clients may need for work - be it weights, valves (tire valves) or other tools.

It handles most wheels

Below is the diameter of the rims that can be used on this machine:

This means that on the W-890 the following rims can be balanced:

How about motorcycles?

The REDATS W-890 wheel balancer has a special MOTO mode - for balancing motorcycle wheels. Before starting work, just calibrate the MOTO wheel mode - the entire procedure is described in the manual and install the adapter for motorcycle wheels.

Saves clients’ money!

After 5 minutes of inactivity, the balancer automatically switches to STAND-BY mode - reducing power consumption to a minimum!

The green STAND-BY LED on the control keyboard is flashing, which means that the device is in this operating mode.
